Minimum 2-4 years of experience
2rounds of interview (1st round virtually and 2nd face to face)
preferably a commerce graduate (B Com, BBM, MBA, CA Inter, M.com Etc.,
Good experience in MIS function (Finance)
Work experience in preparation of various reports, analysis including P&L, Forecast, Budget, variance analysis, reconciliations etc.,
Working experience with various departments towards preparation of various reports and analysis.
Developing and delivering MIS report using Excel and VBA Macro’s for monthly, weekly, and Daily reports to Management.
Hands on experience in Advanced Excel, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table and If, Nested If conditions.
Expert in Excel operations like Data validation, Remove Duplicates, Advanced Filter, Goal seek.
Report automaton of all manual reports through Analytical tools.
Creating automating mails through the Outlook without manual interruption.
Performing testing, maintenance, debugging, and documentation for every process.
Developed a utility module for data conversion and exporting to Excel workbooks and Worksheets simultaneously.
Extensively used Excel functions in development, focusing on Read/Write integration to databases.
Co-ordinate with other teams globally to understand business need and provide suitable MIS reporting.
Expertise in handling huge amount of Quantitative data using Excel.
Visualizing the data by using pivot tables, slicers, and charts.
Receiving and downloading data from different sources and Cleaning and formatting data using by Excel.
Developed report specifications based on user requirements.
