Role: Process Developer (OTC)
As a Process Developer in the Order to Cash (OTC) team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing various OTC processes, ensuring smooth operations in invoicing, cash applications, and credit management.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of the Order to Cash (OTC) process.
- Processing and managing customer invoices, payments, and collections.
- Monitoring credit limits and resolving discrepancies.
- Handling cash application, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Addressing customer inquiries related to billing and payments.
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulatory standards.
