Job Description:
Kotak Mahindra Bank is conducting a Walk-In Drive for Current Account – Acquisition Sales positions in Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sale of non-deposit products with progressive cross-selling targets.
- Promote Mutual Funds & Insurance products.
- Generate Fee Income.
- Ensure Branch Administration and Regulatory Compliance.
- Manage branch productivity and morale of team members.
- Take complete responsibility for break-even and P&L of the branch.
- Liaise with product management, marketing, and other verticals for new product development, service enhancements, and sales initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Overall 6 years in Banking, with 3–4 years in Retail Liabilities (preferred).
- Sales Exposure: Liabilities products experience is desirable.
- Education: MBA / CA / CAIB.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership skills (more tactical than strategic).
- Balance between thinking & execution (40:60).
- Deep understanding of financial instruments, markets, and economic processes.
- Customer-centric approach ensuring high service quality.
