Job Summary
As a Finance Business Analyst (FP&A), you’ll work closely with senior management and finance teams to deliver strategic financial insights, performance analysis, and data-driven recommendations. The role demands strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to turn numbers into actionable insights that support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver performance metrics, financial reports, and variance analyses.
- Conduct sales and gross profit analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Partner with senior management to manage performance against targets.
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance analytical efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate across teams on special financial projects and initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI (advanced analytical reporting).
