🧑‍💼 Role: Customer Support Associate – L2 (Voice Process)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Mode: 100% Work from Office
Shift: 24/7 Rotational (8 working hours + 1-hour break)
Location: Rajarhat, Kolkata

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: HS Pass (Higher Secondary)

• Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates (Min 6 months)

• Languages Required: Excellent Verbal Communication in English & Hindi

• Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM with 90% accuracy

• Other Requirements:

  • No planned leave for the first 3 months

  • Should not have appeared for Flipkart interviews in the last 3 months

  • Willing to work rotational shifts (including night shifts)

  • Customer-first attitude and good problem-solving skills
