👩‍💼 Job Role: Procurement Associate

• Experience Required: 1 – 5 years

• Job Location: Kolkata

• Work Mode: Work from Office (Rotational Shifts)

• Qualification: Minimum 15 years of regular education (10 + 2 + 3)

• Preferred Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

  • Non-technical graduates preferred

🛠️ Key Skills & Responsibilities

Required Skills:

• Experience in direct or indirect material procurement

• Handling RFQs, preparing techno-commercial comparisons, and vendor management

• Familiarity with SAP MM, other ERP tools, and MS Office

• Preferred industry experience in Steel / Metal / Mining / Shared Services

• Understanding of MRO, bulk, admin, and service material sourcing

• Reverse auctions, PO creation, and vendor master data coordination

Responsibilities:

• Source materials and services as per business requirements

• Interact with vendors, request quotations, and negotiate terms

• Ensure compliance with company procurement guidelines

• Maintain vendor database and coordinate with internal teams

• Convert requisitions to POs and share finalized orders with vendors
