• Handle inbound customer calls for international clients

• Resolve queries related to products, services, or technical issues

• Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional communication

• Capture feedback and provide actionable solutions

• Work as part of a global customer support team

🎯 Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 6 months – 5 years in international voice process (mandatory)

• Education: Any Graduate

• Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication in English

  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills

  • Must carry all original education & experience documents, including payslips

  • Must be available for immediate joining
