🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Recruit new insurance agents through various channels

Activate and motivate agents to meet sales targets

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
-
Ensure compliance and maintain hygiene standards

Execute company’s business strategy in the assigned territory

Engage in frontline sales/field sales activities
✅ Candidate Requirements:
-
Education: Any Graduate
-
Experience: 0–4 years
-
Prior experience in insurance sales is a plus
-
Strong passion for field sales and target achievement
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Must be self-motivated and driven to perform
💼 Compensation & Benefits:

CTC: ₹2.75 – ₹4 LPA

Incentives: Up to ₹2.25 Lakhs per quarter
