Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive growth of deposit pool from corporate employees
- Cross-sell financial products such as:
- Mutual Funds
- Insurance (TPPs – Third Party Products)
- Generate fee income through product sales
- Ensure high-quality service delivery across branches
- Manage branch operations and administration
- Maintain regulatory and compliance standards
- Handle customer queries within defined timelines (TAT)
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients
- Monitor team productivity and performance
- Ensure branch profitability and operational efficiency
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate
- Experience: 3 – 8 years in corporate sales / banking sales
- Comfortable with field sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and team management experience
- Analytical mindset and data handling skills
