Roles & Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (AP)
- Process and review invoices
- Handle payment processing and invoice resolution
- Work on 3-way match, NON-PO, GRN concepts
- Perform invoice auditing and ERP processing (SAP/Navision)
Record to Report (R2R)
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Handle month-end closing activities
- Perform journal entries and balance sheet reconciliation
- Manage intercompany transactions and reporting
Order to Cash (O2C)
- Manage accounts receivable processes
- Post receipts and maintain AR balances
- Handle collections and customer follow-ups
- Identify discrepancies and improve processes
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification:
- B.Com / BBA / MBA / M.Com / CA
- LLB / Diploma not eligible
- Experience: 2 – 7 years in accounting domain
- Strong knowledge of accounting processes (AP/R2R/O2C)
- Comfortable working in 24/7 shifts
