đź§ľ Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for telecom products (Internet, TV, Cellular, etc.)

Assist customers via voice, email, and chat support
-
Manage service inquiries, complaints, and escalations
-
Promote additional services and upsell where appropriate
-
Accurately document interactions in the CRM
-
Escalate issues to the concerned departments when necessary
-
Support network or service-related queries
-
Stay updated on the latest technologies and telecom trends

-
Minimum 15 years of full-time education (10+2+3) – Any Graduate (B.Com, BA, etc.)

1–6 years of customer service/contact center experience
-
Excellent communication skills in English
-
Knowledge of telecom products preferred

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
-
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
-
Ability to work under pressure and in a rotating shift system

Strong sense of responsibility and integrity
