💼 Job Role: Collection Team Leader
Key Responsibilities:

Provide product training to new team members
-
Monitor and maintain MIS for the allocated pool
-
Motivate and lead callers to meet targets
-
Send pick-up files to FPRs and coordinate with bank teams
-
Identify and handle critical collection cases
-
Liaise with agencies and resolve escalations
-
Strategize to achieve team targets
-
Handle absenteeism and ensure smooth workflow
-
Conduct regular performance reviews
✅ Desired Candidate Profile:
-
Educational Qualification: Graduate or above (Undergraduates not eligible)
-
Experience in tele-calling, BPO, collections, or customer support preferred
-
Fluent in English and Telugu
-
Must be well-groomed and in formal attire

Carry a hard copy of the interview mail
