Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification:
- B.Com, M.Com, MBA
- No BE/B.Tech
- Experience: Freshers with no prior work experience
- Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Proficient in basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in 24×7 shifts (Rotational)
- Willingness to work in night shifts
- Excellent interpretation and active listening skills
Job Role & Responsibilities:
As a Process Executive (Data), you will be responsible for:
- Efficiently assimilating process knowledge
- Handling data entry tasks alongside voice processes
- Conducting effective probing and analysis
- Performing multi-tasking and handling a variety of duties in a fast-paced, 24×7 work environment
- Being comfortable working from the office and maintaining effective communication across multiple channels
Important Notes:
- Immediate Joiners are required
- Shift Timings: 24×7 shifts with rotational night shifts
- Candidate must have 15 years of full-time education
- Mandatory Documents to Carry:
- 2 sets of updated CV (Hard copy)
- Face Mask
- Identity Proof (PAN Card or Passport)
- Mobile phone with microphone and camera
