WNS Global Services is looking to hire 20 experienced professionals in KYC/EDD/CDD and Financial Crime Investigation for their operations in Bangalore. If you have a strong background in AML (Anti-Money Laundering), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and are passionate about regulatory compliance, this is an excellent opportunity for you to grow in the financial crime domain.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 2 – 4 years in AML, Sanctions, KYC, CDD, or EDD
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
- Location: Bangalore (must be comfortable working in the office)
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, CDD, EDD, and financial crime regulations
- Proficient in using open-source research tools (Clear, Sayari, etc.)
- Ability to critically analyze and interpret financial crime situations
- Knowledge of international banking clients and financial crime policies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Alert Management & Investigation: Thoroughly analyze and investigate sanctions alerts, document potential matches against sanctions lists, and escalate when necessary.
- Open-Source Research: Conduct in-depth investigations using various research tools and corporate registries.

- Fast-Paced Operations: Work efficiently in urgent and high-pressure situations, maintaining high quality and accuracy.
