Job Title: Process Executive – Customer Support & Service Desk
Job Location: Bangalore and Pune
Interview Details:

Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Full-time Graduates (Any Stream)
- Experience: 0 – 1 Year
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work in 24×7 shifts (US Shift Timings)
- 100% Work from Office (No Hybrid)
- Must complete dedicated training programs set by the client
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level resolution to customers via calls, chats, and emails
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex problems when necessary
- Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism
- Handle objections and concerns efficiently for satisfactory resolutions
- Document and track interactions and technical issues
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends
- Participate in ongoing training and upskilling programs
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in handling VPN, Drivers, O365, Driver Installations, Active Directory
- Familiarity with Service Desk tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)
- Good understanding of Operating Systems, Networking, Cloud Computing, and Microsoft Office Tools
- Problem-solving skills, quick thinking, and proactive approach

- Original educational documents (10th, 12th, Graduation – Semester-wise Marksheet, CMM, Provisional, and Original Degree)
