Job Summary
The Business Development Manager (BDM) – Emerging Corporates will be responsible for acquiring New-to-Bank Current Account customers, promoting Trade & Forex services, and cross-selling various banking products to generate fee-based revenue. The role requires proactive customer acquisition, relationship management, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Source new Current Account customers within the assigned territory.
- Acquire Trade and Forex business to generate fee-based income.
- Conduct daily field sales visits and prospect meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Clearly explain product features, charges, and banking services.
- Assist customers during the initial onboarding and activation process.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation for account opening.
- Maintain daily sales call records and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Represent the bank during branch events and customer engagement activities.
- Promote digital banking services and cross-sell additional banking products.
