Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer payment-related queries through Email and Chat Support.
- Respond to customer emails and chat requests professionally.
- Assist customers with payment confirmations, transaction status, and billing-related concerns.
- Resolve payment-related issues and escalate complex cases when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for payment verification and issue resolution.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, SLAs, and productivity targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is not mandatory.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Good written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and email handling skills.
- Customer service orientation and willingness to work in shifts.
Language Requirements
Candidates with proficiency in one or more of the following languages are preferred:
- Tamil
- English
- Hindi
- Malayalam
- Telugu
- Kannada
Shift Timings
Male Candidates
- 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- Own two-wheeler is mandatory (Company transport is not available).
- Shift allowance will be provided.
Female Candidates
- 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
