Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting jewellery and explain pricing/details

• Handle showroom walk-in customers professionally

• Achieve counter sales targets

• Upsell & cross-sell jewellery products

• Manage counter sales & store operations

• Sell Gold, Diamond, Platinum & Silver jewellery

• Handle stock receipt, QC & counter inventory
