🛠 Job Description
As part of the International Voice Support team, you will:

Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently
-
Offer voice-based support via phone, chat, and email
-
Deliver excellent service and maintain high customer satisfaction
-
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within defined SLAs
-
Work in 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts
-
Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and performance metrics
✅ Candidate Requirements

Strong command of spoken and written English
-
Good typing speed and familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-
Customer-first approach and a professional attitude
-
Comfortable with rotational shifts and night operations
-
Residing within 1.5 km from nearest railway stations in the following areas:

Central Line: Kalyan to Sion

Harbour Line: Wadala to Panvel (excluding Taloja & Sukhapur)

Western Line: Chandivali & Mira Road (via Ghodbunder Road)
