🔍 Job Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for liability products (CASA) from open market

• Convert existing loan customers into liability customers through field visits

• Generate leads through referrals, personal network, and branch staff

• Maintain a prospect database and follow up regularly

• Support cross-selling of other banking products like secured loans

• Share feedback and insights with Sales Manager – Liabilities

• Promote digital channels such as ATM, BC, and mobile banking among customers

👤 Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in CASA sales or liabilities product sales

• Preferred Industry: Retail Banking, NBFCs, or other Financial Institutions

• Age Limit: Up to 34 years

• Gender: Both Male & Female candidates can apply

• Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate

• Skills:

  • Customer acquisition and relationship management

  • Field sales exposure

  • Basic understanding of banking products

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
