Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor & manage Accounts Receivable portfolio to ensure timely collections.
• Contact customers (via email/phone) for overdue invoices follow-up.
• Resolve payment discrepancies, unapplied cash & disputes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (billing, cash application, sales).
• Maintain accurate AR collection records & prepare ageing reports.
• Support month-end & quarter-end closing activities.
• Ensure SOX compliance & internal control adherence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
✅ 2–4 years of experience in OTC/Accounts Receivable/Order Management
✅ Strong ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle preferred)
✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✅ Advanced MS Excel proficiency

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with international clients & multi-currency transactions
• Exposure to shared services/BPO environments
• Knowledge of dispute management processes
