Job Details:
- Designation: Customer Service Associate (Banking Voice Process)
- Location: Egmore, Chennai (On-site)
- Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off
- Salary: ₹14,000 to ₹23,000 Take Home (Based on language fluency & interview performance)
- Role Type: Permanent | On-Role
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers only (0-1 year experience)
- Graduates from any discipline (UG & PG accepted)
- Age Limit: Less than 32 years
- Fluent in Hindi + Any 2 Languages (English, Tamil, Bengali, Gujarati, Telugu, Oriya, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Marathi, Konkani, Assamese)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
