Purpose of the Role: To acquire New-To-Bank liability relationships (Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, Deposits) and strengthen these relationships through exceptional service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential retail liability customers for Equitas Bank.
- Build a database through references, stalls in high footfall areas, door-to-door visits, and pamphlet distribution.
- Schedule meetings with potential customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable products.
- Clearly communicate product details, charges, and document requirements.
- Verify customer documents meticulously, maintaining confidentiality.
- Complete account opening processes accurately to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Regularly update customers on their account status and introduce additional products/services.
- Build a network of customer referrals for potential leads.
- Update Daily Sales Reports and discuss progress and plans with the supervisor.
🎓 Desired Experience:
- 1 to 10 years of experience in sales or banking roles.
