- Moderate user-generated content across platforms (calls, emails, chats)
- Identify and escalate sensitive, non-compliant content
- Deliver consistent, high-quality support to end-users
- Work in 24×7 rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- Meet all SLA and performance metrics
β Preferred Candidate Profile
- Fluent in English (verbal & written)
- Comfortable with night shifts and fast-paced operations
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Excellent typing and navigation skills
- Should live within 15 km radius of NSL Arena, Uppal
