Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues for clients.

Log, track, and ensure timely resolution of support tickets.

Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.

Collaborate with IT teams for escalation and problem-solving.

Maintain internal documentation and knowledge base articles.

Strong client-facing skills and fluent communication (verbal & written).

Basic understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting.
