End-to-end Payroll Administration for client employees

Accurate accounting entries post payroll processing

Identify & escalate non-standard scenarios

Perform quality control audits

Create and update SOPs, training material, and process documentation

Act as a domain expert, train new team members

Support Team Lead and act as SPOC in multi-shift setups
