Job Title:
Order to Cash (O2C) Specialist
Eligibility Criteria:
-
Experience: 1 to 3 years in Order to Cash processes.

Qualification: B.Com (Commerce) or any graduate with relevant O2C experience.

Skills:
-
Strong in Cash Application and Account Reconciliation.
-
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
-
Experience handling complex Accounts Receivable (AR) portfolios.

Flexible to work in 24×7 shift operations, including night shifts.

Job Description:
As an Order to Cash Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
-
Executing cash application activities accurately and timely.
-
Managing operational escalations and frontline issue resolutions.
-
Driving continuous improvement initiatives in Collections and Cash Application processes.
-
Meeting cash collection and ageing targets effectively.
-
Developing payment solutions and strategies for complex customers.
-
Ensuring adherence to compliance, internal controls, and service level agreements.
-
Running automated cash application tools and completing reconciliations.
