Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via voice process (inbound/outbound).

Deliver excellent customer experience with effective communication.

Work in flexible/night shifts as per business requirement.

Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Intermediate/PUC).

Any Graduate/PG can apply.

Freshers eligible, BPO experience is an added advantage.

Excellent English communication is mandatory.

Must be willing to work from office and in night shifts.

Should not be pursuing regular college education.
