Job Role: Requirements Associate – US HR Operations
As a part of the US HR Operations team, you will support key backend HR processes, ensure compliance, manage reports, participate in audits, and assist with employee lifecycle operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure service quality by analyzing and resolving client issues
- Enforce HR policies, systems, and procedures
- Generate statutory reports and ensure country-specific compliance
- Assist in internal/external audit management
- Manage escalations and generate ad-hoc/scheduled reports
- Coordinate across teams to maintain operational excellence
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)
- Education: Any Graduate – BA, B.Com, B.Sc (Non-Technical), MA, M.Com, Part-time MBA, PGDM
- Must carry all 6 semester original mark sheets
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn HRIS systems
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance is an advantage
- Must bring a hard copy of your updated CV
