Job Responsibilities
- Acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) Current Account customers from assigned catchment areas.
- Generate quality customer acquisitions with the right product mix and customer profile.
- Promote and activate digital banking and transaction banking services for new customers.
- Achieve monthly acquisition and sales targets.
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Assist the Sales Manager with catchment mapping and identifying business opportunities.
- Collect and share customer feedback and local market insights.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Ensure adherence to the bank’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with branch teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
