Job Role or Description
- Strategic/Managerial Responsibilities Ensuring effective customer service To ensure adherence to all regulatory and statutory requirements as relevant for various products and services Controlling the cost by prudent and optimum usage of resources and other expense items. Identifying cost saving opportunities. Ensuring no revenue leakage Core Responsibilities Operations Management • Have full understanding and experience of end to end operations pertaining to Fund Accounting Clients. • Domain experience on PMS, AIF and Mutual Fund related activities and regulatory guidelines • Conducting UAT of systems • Ensure that all transactions / activities are performed as per defined SOP, within agreed SLAs and approved procedures and guidelines • Ensure that all process notes, flowcharts, checklist etc. that is referred to by the unit are updated till date.
