Key Responsibilities
Construction Accounting
- Handle project-wise accounting for civil construction and infrastructure projects.
- Manage accounting for capital expenditure (CapEx) related to hospital construction.
- Verify and process contractor bills, RA (Running Account) bills, subcontractor invoices, and work completion certificates.
- Monitor project budgets, construction costs, and expenditures against approved estimates.
- Maintain project-wise cost allocation for materials, labour, and contractor payments.
- Reconcile contractor accounts, retention money, security deposits, advances, and final settlements.
- Coordinate with Projects, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance teams for timely invoice processing and payment releases.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, GST, TDS, and internal financial controls.
- Support project audits, statutory audits, and project financial reporting.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Financial Reporting, and Construction Accounting.
- Experience in Civil Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, Real Estate, or Hospital Construction Projects is highly preferred.
- Exposure to accounting for hospital infrastructure expansion, building projects, or engineering contracts will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Financial Reporting, GST, TDS, Budget Monitoring, and Cost Control.
- Good analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
