✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Gender: Male candidates only

• Education: Graduate (Mandatory)

• Experience: Minimum 2 years overall, including 6 months to 1 year in BFSI processes

• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English proficiency

• Work Schedule: 5 days working with rotational shifts (including night shifts)

• Week Offs: 2 rotational offs

• Cab Facility: ❌ Not available

• Salary: Up to ₹3.58 LPA

• Manage email-based customer support for banking clients

• Resolve queries efficiently within defined TAT and compliance standards

• Accurately document all interactions in CRM tools

• Maintain data integrity and follow SOPs for backend processing

• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth issue resolution

• Deliver excellent customer satisfaction in a non-voice capacity
