Job Description/Skills Required

The Head of GBS Finance Operations, manages and coordinates the delivery of financial operations for all the Company’s legal entities through the following business processes:
  • Record to Report (Reporting; Asset Management; Cash Management)
  • Order to Cash (Credit / Collection; Order Management; Billing, Cash Application, Customer Master)
  • Procure to Pay (Accounts Payable, Corporate Card Administration, Expense Report Processing, Vendor Master)
  • Pay Team Members (Payroll)
In addition, the role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the Group Business Services strategy, standardizing processes across all operations, leading on-going process improvement opportunities across financial functions. The role will also support the GBS location strategy supporting the transitions of services from one GBS location to another in alignment with the GBS Strategy
