Job Role or Description
- Monitoring and managing the bank relationships including meeting short and long-term funding needs. Daily cash management and forecasting cash flow; overseeing cash transactions, ensuring adequate liquidity , determining how much cash is available for use and forecasting both short and long term cash levels. Evaluate the monetary decisions of the organization and recommending the best possible course of action. Negotiate commercial with the banks Discussions with Banks/financial institution and developing various financing model covering leasing versus own Assets, reverse factoring, supply chain finance, vendor bill discounting etc. Co-ordinating with the vendors and internal departments to highlight the benefits of various commercial programmes. Develop appropriate internal controls and accounting procedures in line with industry good practices; monitor adherence to agreed procedures and seek continuous improvement to enhance operations. Ensure proper accounting and liaise with external auditors and support the year-end financial audit.
