Job Description/Skills Required

Must Have:

• Level 2 Experience in managing technology systems and platforms such as SCCM and Intune.
• Experience creating scripts with PowerShell, Bash, and other scripting languages.
• Digital workplace tool management expertise: management tools, techniques, monitoring and integration
• Experience with configuration management, identity and access management, active directory, desktop virtualization, collaboration platforms and other cloud-based services. MacOS management through JAMF will be added advantage
• Experience implementing modern management of endpoint devices using the following capabilities like Autopilot, co-management, cloud attach, Android and IOS devices platforms
• Experience with a continuous engineering or other agile methods to keep pace with frequent changes and to reduce complexity
• Experience using automation to drive continuous improvement
• Ability to quickly learn, implement and utilize new technologies
• Proven ability to be able to effectively plan and execute complex workloads on time and budget to address initiatives, requests, and other competing priorities in a pressurised, dynamic environment
• Proficiency with documenting design, technical decisions, and recommendations
• Ability to work under pressure both within a team environment, across multiple cross-functional and outsourced teams and as an individual
