Job Summary (purpose)The Supply Chain Finance Analyst is responsible for activities in Cost & Inventory and Fixed Assets.Job Summary (purpose): Responsible for managing a hub/ subsidiary.Main Responsibilities
- Initiate and participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure adequate controls over the process are maintained.
- Prepare MIS for meeting management requirements.
- Handle escalation issues arising out of queries of internal and external customers.
- Maintain the hygiene of fixed assets in the books of accounts.
- Review and analyze the variances and resolve the discrepancies, if any.
- Provide technical support for restructuring projects.
- Review the cost variances and analyze the differences with proper substantiation.
- Oversee the standard cost calculation and allocation.
- Perform profitability analysis with focus on unusual items.
- Ensure audits are conducted with minimal queries.
- Ensure timely closing of books of accounts and passing of all entries.
- Ensure all SOBPs are updated on an ongoing basis.
- Discover training needs of team and coach accordingly.
