- Invoice Processing Po and Non-PO
- Payment processing and Banking
- Vendor query Resolution
- Employee expense Processing
- Statement Reconciliation
- Vendor Clearing
- Other monthly reporting
- Good written and verbal communication
- Hands on working knowledge of SAP
Experience and Qualification
- Minimum 15 years of education with 2+ years of prior work experience in AP processes
- Perform day to day Accounts Payable activities with required speed and accuracy (invoice processing, vendor queries, vendor setups/maintenance, invoice exception resolution, Invoice reconciliation, payment proposal generation, payment)
- Follow the documented procedures, understanding of Client processes, active team player with good communication and documentation skills
- Sound analytical & interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the relevant F&A Processes
- Strong customer orientation
- Problem solving skills

- Cash Application and allocation
- Understanding on Credit Management
- Credit Insurance and follow-up
- Forecasting of cash flows

- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Month end tasks end reporting

- Deliver as per agreed timelines
