- 0 to 5 years of customer service experience through email and chat.
- Excellent oral and/or written communication skills.
- Customer service experience with strong customer focus.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Self-starter who is excited about learning new technologies on a daily basis.
- Should have a typing speed of 35 WPM.
- Fresher’s with good typing speed also can apply.
- Should be flexible for Rotational day shifts.
