Position Details:
- Role: PTP/OTC/RTR Skills
- Experience: 1-6 Years
- Shift: US Shifts/Night Shifts
- Education: BBA/B.Com/MBA/M.Com
PTP Responsibilities:
- Daily processing of invoices in SAP (PO/Non PO)
- Process Debit/Credit note in SAP
- Processing Vendor Payments as per schedule
- Managing Vendor queries on a day-to-day basis
- Managing supplier reconciliation monthly
- Processing Travel & Expenses in concur for payment
- Processing Vendor Maintenance requests
- Providing business support for all PR/PO related activities including changes and closures
- Managing business queries related to Purchasing within agreed SLAs
- Performing period-end activities like Accrual, GRIR Reconciliation & Ageing report
- Interacting effectively with upstream and downstream teams
Experience Required:
- Basic Graduate in Commerce
- 3-5 years of experience in a BPO environment, preferably in Retail/CPG Industry
- Hands-on experience in Invoice Processing, Vendor Payments, Vendor Query, Vendor Reconciliation & T&E
- Experience in working on ERP systems such as SAP & Web-based tools
- Proficient in MS Excel
