- General Ledger/R2R – Senior and Lead Associate Levels
- Manage financial closing and reporting processes.
- Ensure accurate preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and other financial statements.
- Handle reconciliations and analyze variances.
- Accounts Receivable/OTC – Senior and Lead Associate Levels
- Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash (OTC) cycle.
- Handle invoicing, collections, and dispute resolution processes.
- Ensure timely cash application and maintain customer relationships.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in General Ledger, R2R, Accounts Receivable, or OTC processes.
- Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP/Oracle is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
