- Handle and resolve customer queries via chat and voice.
- Deliver excellent customer experience with professional and timely responses.

- Maintain service quality metrics as per company standards.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
✅ Qualification: HSC / Any Graduate
✅ Experience: Minimum 6 months in Chat or Voice Process (International preferred)
✅ Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills
✅ Availability: Immediate Joiners preferred
🕒 Shift & Work Details
- 🌎 24/7 Rotational Shifts
- 🗓️ 5 Days Working (2 Rotational Week Offs)
- 💰 Salary: Based on experience and last drawn CTC
