Job Description/Skills Required
- Managing overall operations and SLA delivery for the workflow
- Client interaction- Excellent Client Management
- Aiming at excellent VOC scores
- Leading conference calls or other communication such as WBR, MBR, QBR with the client and build rapport with key client contacts
- Supporting new business initiatives along with Transitioning support
- Internal coordination with Projects and other teams within the org to meet SLA standards
- Responsible for ensuring the infrastructure utilization is done keeping in view the business requirements/new process migrations
- Ensuring cross functional teams are operating in line with the business needs
- Team Management and People Development Lead & motivate the team (FLM staff, TLs, AMs, DMs) and ensure their development through direct coaching/feedback wherever required
- Planning and facilitating Learning and development initiatives, Coaching and counselling, staff motivation and retention programs.
- Effectively implementing rewards/recognition, appraisal and Incentive programs.
- Promoting team building through cross functional engagement.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction index
- To be a team player and achieve individual and team goals
- Driving right work ethics and promote healthy work life balance
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate
- Seasoned Sales professional with at least 10 years overall experience
- Minimum 8 years of team handling experience managing 50 or more HC
- Highly organized with a proven track record of delivering to deadlines
- In depth understanding of contact center SLAs and calculation methodologies
