📝 Job Description:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Transfer calls to relevant departments as per scripts
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, collect feedback, and report findings
- Communicate updates, deals, offers, and promotions to customers via call/email
- Troubleshoot issues and assist customers effectively
- Build and maintain healthy client-customer relationships
- Ensure timely delivery and payment tracking of sales orders
- Work across various voice/blended processes in BPO/call center environments

- Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers welcome)
