Job Role or Description

• Understanding of industry wise used common application
• Processing as per SOP
• To ensure that control parameters like checklists, reporting & escalations, queue management are adhered to
• Challenges traditional ideas and provides innovative alternatives for continuous improvement
• Takes ownership to convert ideas into viable proposals and ensure effective implementation
• Identifies problems/issues proactively, looks for innovative solutions
• Work drivers to be updated on a daily basis
• Ensuring SLA’s KPI’s are green : Parameters relating to Productivity, Accuracy, Completeness and TAT are met
• Any changes to the process/ new activities taken over should be done only after raising a CR, and obtaining the necessary approvals.
