Job Description:
As a Processor, you will play a crucial role in processing and auditing Benefits/HR transactions accurately and timely. You will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and managers to identify issues, recommend improvements, and implement solutions for various clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely completion of tasks and inventory management
- Ensuring quality service delivery
- Adhering to Data Security and Code of Conduct standards
- Performing data entry and rule-based entry for processes
- Carrying out simple process calculations
Qualifications:
- Graduation with a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech, BE, LLB, B.Ed, BSc (IT), MCA, or regular MBA are not eligible)
- 0-2 years of work experience in back office or similar transaction processing
- Proficient in MS Office Applications with a minimum typing speed of 25 WPM and 90% accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in outsourcing
- Strong social skills
Work Conditions:
- Night shift from 5:30 PM to 3:00 AM
- 5 days work from office with pick and drop facility in the hiring zone
- Flexibility to extend work hours occasionally
- Ability to move across client teams
