Job Description:
We are seeking experienced professionals from an Accounts Payable (PTP) background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of invoice processing, compliance, and client/vendor communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice processing
- Research on unprocessables and clearing invoices for payment
- Identifying and reporting duplicate invoices
- Self/peer reviews of completed transactions
- Proposing potential improvement opportunities
- Responding to client/vendor emails with appropriate solutions within the timeframe
- Assisting team members in completing their daily assignments
- Ensuring compliance in month-end processing
- Identifying compliance and/or training challenges
Skills Required:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Oracle Applications (preferred)
- Good analytical skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Additional skills in Visual Basic or Macro are an advantage
Educational Qualifications:
- UG: B.Com in Any Specialization
- PG: MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
- Professional Qualifications: M.Com/ICWA/CA (preferred)
