🔹 Job Description:
We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Executives to handle enterprise telecom customer accounts through chat & voice-based interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage receivables and ensure timely payments.
- Follow up with clients across various revenue buckets.
- Collaborate with finance and billing teams to resolve disputes.
- Maintain accurate communication in line with billing cycles and payment terms.
- Work on targets to recover allocated USD amounts.
- Handle B2C collections process for US telecom customers.
- Maintain professional chat etiquette & written communication.
Skills Required:
- Excellent written & verbal communication.
- Strong analytical ability – knowledge of aging reports, DSO calculations, payment terms.
- Attention to detail in recording invoices & payment data.
- CRM proficiency – SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Freshdesk, or similar tools.
- Good negotiation skills for client interactions.
- Ability to multitask & prioritize based on account aging.
