🔹 Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable – Order to Cash Billing process.
- Ensure accurate billing & invoicing for global clients.
- Maintain strong verbal & written communication with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Handle cash applications, billing disputes, and invoicing accuracy.
- Work in night shifts (5:30 PM – 3:30 AM) as per client requirements.
- Support business excellence through attention to detail & problem-solving.
🔹 Skills & Requirements:
- Strong knowledge in Accounts Receivable, OTC, Cash Apps, Billing & Invoicing.
- Customer/client-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Good analytical & problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Visual Basic / Macros will be an added advantage.
