Handle inbound and outbound calls in Malayalam/Kannada/Hindi + English (mandatory).

Provide excellent customer support and resolve customer queries.

Ensure clear communication with correct grammar, sentence structure, and pronunciation.

Work from office in Chennai.

5-day working schedule with 2 rotational weekly offs.

Comfortable with rotational shifts.
